Here’s a quick overview in case you need to return any item from Sacrifice Now. It can be annoying, we know, that’s why we want to make this process as hassle-free as we can, for both of us.

Is the item defective or faulty?

Okay, this one’s on us. If there’s a manufacturing defect or a fault with your item, we’ll sort it out. In this case, only, we’ll take care of return shipping costs.

Return Policy

First, let’s be clear – we do not exchange clothing items. However, we’re happy for you to return your item for a full refund or for a voucher to the equivalent value to use in the Sacrifice Now online shop. Some people call that “store credit”. Whatever you call it, those are our options.

You’ve got 28 days from the date that you’ve received your item to request a return.

This one’s important, guys – please make sure that the items that you intend to return are in good condition (the condition that you bought it in is always a standard to aspire to, don’t you think?). By that, we mean that we ask you really nicely to send it back to us without stains or signs of wear.

Make sure that all labels are intact, too. Some people actually make use of the care labels, we won’t accept any items if you’ve snipped off any labels, either.

Refunds

Once you’ve shipped the item back to us, we’ll have a look, inspect it, make sure everything’s as it should be. We’ll pop you an e-mail to let you know that it’s in our hands, and as soon as everything’s right and dandy with your return request, we’ll let you know that it’s approved.

And once the return is approved? Well, that’s when you get your money back! We’ll refund you via your original method of payment. Your refund should reflect in 3-5 working days, depending on various payment companies, but hang in there and you’ll probably receive the refund sooner than you think!

What if you’d rather get that Sacrifice Now voucher instead? If you’d like to return your item(s) and receive credit from us to use at Sacrifice Now, we’re all for it! Once your return is approved, we’ll make sure that you’re able to purchase anything else from us to the value of your returned item(s).

Return Shipping

Once we’ve checked the item you’ve sent back is in satisfactory condition, you’ll hear from us. We’ll send you a PDF of a return shipping label. This is important, you see – it ensures that the item knows how to find its way home. Stick that to your package before you send it back and we’ll deal with the rest from there.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. Sounds fair, doesn’t it?
